"Awesome Experience"
Awesome experience! I placed my order and got my flooring in just 5 days. One piece is already down, and it’s just right—great quality and looks fantastic. No issues at all. I haven't checked the second one yet, but I'm crossing my fingers it's just as nice :) All in all, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone!

"I wish I could rate it lower."
I wish I could rate it lower. I placed my order on November 29 and I'm still waiting. The service has been awful, and the whole experience has been a nightmare. I'm gonna file a fraud case. Like I mentioned, if it were possible, I'd give it zero stars.

"Terrible quality flooring after..."
I’m really disappointed with the flooring after shelling out a good amount of cash. They’re not ready to assist, and this floor is definitely NOT fit for what I needed. It’s only been a few weeks since it was installed, and it’s already got a bunch of rips and tears. I feel really bummed, stressed out, and totally taken advantage of.

"No communication - voicemail only"
I made my order, and everything was smooth until it came to delivery. I got an email saying my order was on its way, so I waited around all day. The next day was the same story. Just two minutes before it was supposed to arrive, I got a cancellation notice. Now, I can't reach anyone and have no clue where my order ended up.

"New Flooring Ordered on August 11th"
I placed an order for new flooring on August 11th. The delivery charge due to Northern Ireland was £49.00. They sent my order to a courier I've never heard of, XDP, and according to their records, it’s been with them since August 12th. The reviews for this delivery service are terrible. As of today, August 19th, I still haven’t received my order. It was supposedly out for delivery on August 17th, but there was no attempt made. And still, no updates have come through. I reached out to Vinyl Flooring UK since they have the contract with the courier, but I haven’t heard back from them either. If I don’t get my delivery or an update in the next 48 hours, I’ll be filing a fraud case.

"Awful Business"
Awful business. Their customer service is just shocking. I can't figure out the purpose of the customer service email if they never respond. When I called, I didn’t get much assistance either. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age, they don’t offer samples. I genuinely wonder how they manage to sell their flooring without giving potential buyers samples. It’s just unheard of. After reading all the reviews below, it became even more obvious - truly a terrible company. Would not recommend.

"Shannon - awesome online buy"
The carpet I wanted was unavailable, so I reached out to the company through email. They got back to me fast with other carpet choices or a refund option. I picked a different carpet, and it showed up just 3 days after our email chat. Really happy with the service and the product!

"My flooring arrived in June 2021"
I got my flooring in June 2021, but after 9 months, I noticed it had discoloration all over, with yellow patches popping up everywhere. When I reached out to them, I was informed that my 2-year warranty was basically useless and didn’t cover anything, which feels like false advertising to me. I shot them another email asking for a replacement or a refund, and they offered me a measly 10% back, claiming the discoloration was my fault! I’m just floored by the terrible customer service and how rude they’ve been!

"Avoid these folks like the plague..."
Avoid these folks like the plague!!! Absolutely dreadful customer support. They rely on XDP as their delivery service, which is honestly a joke to even call them that. My items were stuck at the depot for a whole week without any sign of delivery. When I finally got through to someone at Vinyl Flooring UK, I was told they frequently misplace items and that he’d just send out another batch. The next day, the driver showed up with the adhesive cans but no vinyl. He claimed he’d search everywhere for it but came up empty. So, the courier managed to misplace a 3-meter wide by 5-meter long piece of vinyl, but not those four tiny cans? After finally getting in touch with Vinyl Flooring UK about my order again, they insisted it was marked as delivered, so they wouldn’t send anything else. Apparently, they don’t bother to check with customers to see if items have actually been received after I complained about not getting mine. Now they’re refusing to give me a refund. Seriously, steer clear of these cowboys. They might be the cheapest option, but there’s a reason for that… You’ll likely never get your order, and they just don’t care!

"Skip the order"
Skip the order! I placed an order and got an email confirming my vinyl was available and would arrive in 4 to 6 days. More than a week goes by, and I receive another email stating that there’s no stock and no clue when it’ll be sent. They’re processing a refund, but I haven’t received any explanation or even a simple sorry. Terrible customer service and aftersales. This probably sheds light on their low rating here.

"My experience with vfuk was pretty solid."
I ordered some lino, received it, tried to send it back, but ended up keeping it because, you know, that's just how things go sometimes.

When I had to deal with a customer service rep about £60 in returns, a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping that cost way more than the delivery, they managed the whole situation with a tired kind of professionalism.

I couldn't get through on the phone—maybe it was COVID-related—but they were pretty quick to respond to my emails, even if their replies were a bit on the brief side.

The fees seemed fair to me and matched what I expected. From the tone of the customer service guy's emails, I get the feeling I might not be the only one having a tough time.

"Perfect Experience"
Perfect experience. I placed my order on Sunday night. After reading some bad reviews, I shot them an email regarding my order, and they got back to me super fast to confirm it was available and would be shipped out. Well, it arrived today (Friday), and I’m really pleased with what I got. The flooring is top-notch and was way cheaper than I found elsewhere. I’ll surely use them again and tell others about it.

"Appalling Service"
Hey there, I bought a bunch of mini items that were just left in a sketchy spot and got stolen. The company won’t give me my money back, so I’m out a good chunk of change. As a single mom, I’ve worked and saved hard, and it feels like I’ve been totally taken advantage of.

"Avoid this company at all costs!"
Steer clear of this company!!! After a month of empty promises and waiting for my refund, I’m fed up. My vinyl was supposed to get here in 5-7 days, but after two weeks of chasing, it still hadn’t shown up. I had to scramble and buy more because my bathroom fitter was ready to install the flooring as soon as the bathroom was done.

Steer clear of this one! No package showed up (was promised twice it would arrive today, but nope). Customer support is awful; even after requesting to be reached out to, nobody has taken the time to respond.
